Apartment for rent Wohnung zur Untermiete

As I go abroad at short notice, I rent my beautiful, bright and furnished apartment for rent – from mid June to mid October. The apartment is about 60 m2 and is located in very good location with good connection and quiet surroundings.

Warm rental is €950 per month, including Wi-Fi & TV.

The apartment is fully equipped: There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary furniture for drawing in and feeling well. Ideal for an intermediate rental or a temporary stay in the city.

After agreement, one of the beds can be removed for the time if you want to use the room differently.

The deposit is a monthly rental.

Da ich kurzfristig ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich meine schöne, helle und möblierte Wohnung zur Untermiete – ab Mitte Juni bis Mitte Oktober. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 m² groß und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage mit guter Anbindung und ruhiger Umgebung.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 950 € im Monat, inklusive WLAN & TV.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler sowie alle nötigen Möbel zum Einziehen und Wohlfühlen. Ideal für eine Zwischenmiete oder einen temporären Aufenthalt in der Stadt.

Nach Absprache kann eines der Betten für die Zeit entfernt werden, falls du den Raum anders nutzen möchtest.

Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
