I live here alone, I think for couples the apartment is also suitable and as a WG for the short time also ok.
I have a few room plants (very easy to care) and a few plants on the terrace that are looking for water every few days and if you could look for mail 1x a week, that would be awesome!

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für einige Zeit, weil ich auf einer Reise bin. Die. Wohnung ist nur in dem angegebenen Zeitraum verfügbar, nach Absprache kannst du auch nur einen Teil der Zeit bleiben.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer: ein kleines Arbeitszimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Bett. (Achtung: Ich habe gerade kein Foto vom Wohn/Schlafzimmer, ich reiche das nach.) Die Küche ist besonders gemütlich und von dort kommt man auf die Terrasse. Das Bad ist recht groß, die Waschmaschine kann genutzt werden. WLAN hab ich auch.
Ich wohne allein hier, ich denke für Pärchen ist die Wohnung auch geeignet und als WG für die kurze Zeit auch ok.
Ich habe ein paar Zimmerpflanzen (sehr pflegeleicht) und ein paar Pflanzen auf der Terrasse, die sich alle paar Tage über Wasser freuen und wenn du 1x pro Woche nach Post schauen könntest, wäre das genial!
