There are 2 of 3 rooms plus hallway, kitchen bathroom and balcony.
The fully equipped apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is modernly renovated. Real wood parquet is laid in the hallway, bedroom and living room.
Parking is available in all surrounding streets (without parking).
Hallo :) Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für den oben genannten Zeitraum im ruhigen Stadtteil Leutzsch.

Dir stehen 2 von 3 Zimmern plus Flur, Küche Bad und Balkon zur Verfügung.
Die vollausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage und ist modern saniert. Im Flur, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ist Echtholzparkett verlegt.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in allen umliegenden Straßen (ohne Parkschein).
The connection to the city centre is optimal, as stations of Tram No. 7 can be reached in 2 minutes. The bus line 74 likewise holds in the immediate vicinity. You drive about 15-20 minutes to the city centre.
50 meters away there is a small park with basketball court, table tennis board, playground and lots of green area.
Shops are also within walking distance: Rewe/Penny/Rossmann 5 minutes away, Aldi and beverage market 3 minutes away.
Our apartment is located in the quiet and family district of Leutzsch. In the north, the Leutzscher Auwald can be reached within a few minutes walk.
Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist optimal, da Stationen der Tram Nr. 7 fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Ebenso hält die Buslinie 74 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man fährt ca. 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
50 Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen park mit Basketballplatz, tischtennisplatte, Spielplatz und viel Grünfläche.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen: Rewe/Penny/Rossmann 5 Minuten entfernt, Aldi und Getränkemarkt 3 Minuten entfernt.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im ruhigen und familiären Stadtteil Leutzsch. Im Norden ist der Leutzscher Auwald innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
