The apartment is fully furnished. It consists of a bedroom with balcony to the courtyard and a living room with open kitchen.
It can be rented during the period from 24 June to 18 August 25 .
Three weeks a month, depending on the arrangement.
One week a month, I use them myself. It's a condo and I'm the owner. The people in the house are mainly families with small children. There's a nice house community. I have lived here for a long time, but I have now moved to the country. Since I am in Leipzig once more a month for a few days, I want to keep the apartment.
Maybe there's someone who, like me, just stays temporarily in Leipzig and wants to use the really nice and centrally located apartment in the trendy Plagwitz district.
You have all the possibilities in a short distance, cultural, shopping, cafes and restaurants, public transport, the most beautiful parks- all just 5 minutes walk.

Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof und einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche.
Sie ist während der Zeit vom 24.Juni bis 18.August 25 zu vermieten.
Danach jeweils drei Wochen im Monat je nach Absprache.
Eine Woche im Monat benutze ich sie selbst. Es ist eine Eigentumswohnung und ich bin die Eigentümerin. Die Leute im Haus sind vorwiegend Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Es besteht eine nette Hausgemeinschaft. Ich habe längere Zeit hier selbst gewohnt, bin nun aber aufs Land gezogen. Da ich beruflich noch einmal im Monat für einige Tage in Leipzig bin, möchte ich die Wohnung behalten.
Vielleicht gibt es ja jemand, der/die sich, so wie ich, auch nur zeitweilig in Leipzig aufhält und die wirklich sehr schön und zentral gelegene Wohnung im angesagten Stadtteil Plagwitz nutzen möchte.
Du hast alle Möglichkeiten in kurzer Entfernung, kulturell, zum Einkaufen, Cafes und Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die schönsten Parks- alles nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
