Bright 3-room apartment (or single room) in Mainz Neustadt – Rental from mid October Helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (oder einzelnes Zimmer) in Mainz Neustadt – Zwischenmiete ab Mitte Oktober

I plan to go to another city from mid-October for a few weeks and therefore offer my apartment for a rental – either complete or a room.

The apartment is located in the Mainz Neustadt, one of the most lively neighborhoods in the city. From here you are 7–10 minutes walk to the main railway station and have cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities right around the corner.

The apartment itself is in 5. Situated floor, thus very bright and light-flooded. It consists of two large rooms as well as a living room with open kitchenette (i.e. kitchen & living room in one), with a bathroom with a bath. There is no balcony. It is a non-smoking apartment – just non-smokers.

To the sublet:

• Option 1: A room for exclusive use. The second room is available for occasional professional stays in Mainz (then only sporadically overnight)

• Option 2: The complete apartment for you alone if you prefer it.

I prefer to find a woman, for example a professional commuter or someone who lives here for a limited period. Everything is flexible – I am mainly concerned that the apartment is not empty and we share the rent in time.

Ich plane ab Mitte Oktober für ein paar Wochen in eine andere Stadt zu geheb und biete deshalb meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an – entweder komplett oder ein Zimmer daraus.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Mainzer Neustadt, einem der lebendigsten Viertel der Stadt. Von hier aus bist du in 7–10 Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof und hast Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung selbst ist im 5. Stock gelegen, dadurch sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Sie besteht aus zwei großen Zimmern sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Kochnische (also Küche & Wohnzimmer in einem), dazu ein Bad mit Badewabbe. Balkon gibt es leider nicht. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung – bitte nur Nichtraucherinnen.

Zur Untermiete:

• Option 1: Ein Zimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung. Das zweite Zimmer behalte ich mir für gelegentliche berufliche Aufenthalte in Mainz vor (würde dann nur sporadisch dort übernachten)

• Option 2: Die komplette Wohnung für dich allein, wenn dir das lieber ist.

Ich suche bevorzugt eine Frau, gerne z. B. Berufspendlerin oder jemand, der/die für einen begrenzten Zeitraum hier wohnt. Alles ist flexibel – mir geht es vor allem darum, dass die Wohnung nicht leer steht und wir uns die Miete in der Zeit teilen.
