I'm looking for a rental agent(s) for my two rooms apartment in the new city.
Directly when you enter the apartment you enter the hallway to which the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room are connected. You can enter the bedroom via the living room. The apartment is therefore unfortunately not suitable for a WG but exclusively for individuals.
Ich suche ein(e) Nachmieter(in) für meine zwei Zimmer Wohnung in der Neustadt.
Direkt wenn man die Wohnung betritt kommt man in den Flur, an welchen das Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer angeschlossen sind. Über das Wohnzimmer kann man dann das Schlafzimmer betreten. Die Wohnung eignet sich deshalb leider nicht für eine WG sondern ausschließlich für Einzelpersonen.
The apartment is located as described in the Mainzer Neustadt. Within about 5 minutes you can walk to the station. Penny, Rewe and Aldi are also a maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and also a Rossmann is right next door. There are many bars, cafes and small restaurants in the city. The city centre is about 15 minutes, while the Rhine is 10 minutes.
Die Wohnung liegt wie bereits beschrieben in der Mainzer Neustadt. Innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Bahnhof. Penny, Rewe und Aldi sind auch maximal 5 Fußminuten entfernt und auch ein Rossmann ist direkt nebenan. In der Neustadt befinden sich viele Bars, Cafés und auch kleine Restaurants. In die Innenstadt läuft man ungefähr 15 Minuten, bis zum Rhein sind es 10 Minuten.

Einige Möbelstücke und auch die Küche möchte ich gegen Abschlag in der Wohnung drin lassen. Dazu kommen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Plissees etc., das zeige ich dir alles während der Besichtigung.
Den Vermietern ist es sehr wichtig, dass ein Eigeneinkommen vorliegt. Eine Bürgschaft reicht also leider nicht aus.
Besichtigungstermine habe ich für den 4./5. Oktober geplant.
