2-room apartment at the castle + balcony 2-Zimmer Wohnung beim Schloss + Balkon

The apartment is suitable as a 2 Wg or apartment as a couple or alone.
The one room goes to the Innhof + Balcony (approx. 15qm) and the other room goes to the street (approx. 18qm) but is a not much travelled street.
There is a cellar compartment which can be rented for 20€ a month.

A few furniture should be detached, e.g.
- a large, new stainless steel table in the kitchen, which offers a lot of work space, as otherwise very limited (190€)
- washing machine (80€)
- Bathroom cabinet/mirror (70€)

Renting needs from all renters:
- Rental self-catering
- Schufa (request now)
- last 3 grades
- Employment contracts
- rental certificate last 3 months
- Copy ID cards

If you both do not have sufficient income, at least one parent must be included in the rental agreement and all the above documents must also be presented.

Die Wohnung ist als 2er Wg oder Wohnung als Paar oder alleine geeignet.
Das eine Zimmer geht zum Innhof + Balkon (ca. 15qm) und das andere Zimmer geht zur Straße (ca. 18qm) ist aber eine nicht viel befahrene Straße.
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil was man für 20€ im Monat dazumieten kann.

Ein paar Möbel sollen abgelöst werden z.B.
- ein großer, neuer Edelstahltisch in der Küche, der sehr viel Arbeitsfläche bietet, da die sonst sehr begrenzt wäre (190€)
- Waschmaschine (80€)
- Badschrank/Spiegel (70€)

Die Vermietung braucht von allen Mietenden:
- Mieterselbstauskunft
- Schufa (request now)
- letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise
- Arbeitsverträge
- Mietzahlungsnachweis letzte 3 Monate
- Kopien Personalausweise

Solltet ihr beide keine ausreichenden Einkommen haben muss mindestens ein Elternteil mit in den Mietvertrag aufgenommen werden und ebenso alle oben genannten Dokumente vorweisen.
