Hey everyone,
we are looking for a new longterm roomie. The flat is about 100m2 big, very calm although it is located in such a great street and has a lot of space which we can share all together. The whole flat has big windows, very high ceilings and plank floors. A real old building flat everyone is looking for nowadays. We have a big dinning/ living room area (30m2) - all of ur friends will be happy to be invited for dinner (at least when corona is over ; ) Everything is newly renovated and all the furniture is new.
The whole flat is sunny all day with big windows. Its fully furnished, washing machine, dish washer and its equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, bath, dishes etc.). The big bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. We have a big backyard downstairs to keep bikes safe.
The available bedroom has really high ceilings and the flat is on the 2nd floor of the rear house in Bergmannstr. (I guess most of u know this street).
All the rooms reach into a backyard with two big trees, so it really feels like nature in the middle of Berlin - every day like holidays ; )
Here is space for a lovely person who plans to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and loves to live in a shared flat.
In the rent everything is included, meaning service charges, water, heating, green power, internet, tv tax which comes with the registration etc. The flat and ur room is completely furnished.
Registration/ Anmeldung is possible.
Closest subways stations are Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and Gneisenaustr. (U7).
Taking a walk, yoga, running, meditating whatever is very nice along the Landwehrkanal. We have all the major shops, supermarkets (Organic, REWE, Netto, Lidl, Rossmann…) in our street.
Its also THE street for Cafes & bars. One of the best Vietnames restaurants in Berlin is in the front house, how lucky. Cool spots around the corner are Tempelhofer Feld (an old airport which is now a park basically - very impressive because its so big), Umami (favorite vietnamese restaurant), Aufbauhaus, Beta house (creative center, co working house), Modulor (art supplies), Just Music (shop for music instruments on 3 floors), Prinzessinnen Garten (garden in the city where u can grow vegetables etc.), Prinzenbad (outdoor swimming pool - always packed though), Checkpoint Charlie with TAZ building (independent newspaper), Ritter Butzke (club), Prinz Charles (club), etc.
We are Allison, Laurie, Emeline and Marie.
Allison is 22 years old, comes from France but is also half- English and is moving to Berlin to begin her new job in consulting. Her favourite things to do include discovering new neighbourhoods and sports!
Laurie is 26 years old and comes from France. She works as a marketing manager in a teddy bear company. She likes travelling, music and sport.
Emeline is 22yo and working in Hotel industry. She’s coming from Switzerland (French part). In her free time she enjoys going outside exploring the city and doing sport.
Marie is French, she is 25 years old and she is working on transport decarbonization. In her free time she likes to meet with friends, discover new restaurants and cafes, do sport and go for nice walks.
There is room for one more person. We wanna find someone, who is fun, inspire each other and love to act respectfully. Preferably someone working, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring people but also no party-all-the-time people. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (more then one year people have better chances : )
We would really want to find people who love WG live, as the bedrooms are small but the living area is big, it should be used and filled with live and love.
