I offer a small, beautiful and cozy room in the Southern part of Bonn, with a garden just below the Godesburg tower/castle.
The offer is from today, 1st of March 20205 until at least the 31st Aug 2025, with possibility of extension.

The room will be given with a table and chairs. There is the possibility to sell you one bed for an extra price if you arrange it before the moving.

The garden next to the room is wonderful for relaxing, having a cup of tea and having a nice lunch when there is nice weather, as I did today and yesterday. It has a couple of tables and chairs and sometimes a beautiful cat comes to make you company.

The location of the house is very well connected to public transportation services and to shopping possibilities. It is located just two blocks away from Bad Godesberg's center and Kinopolis cinema.

In summary:

- 4 Minutes away to BG's center and commercial zone/ shopping mall
- 7 Minutes to Plittersdorferstraße U-Bahn
- 10 Minutes to Bonn - Bad Godesberg Bf (from there, city center is only 6 min. away by train)
- 15 Minutes to the city center by metro

The WG has many shopping possibilities in the surrounding. We have Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, DM, Woolworth, several Middle Eastern shops, pizza, falafel and sushi places, restaurants of several international gastronomies and cafes.

Additionally, we are just 3 minutes away from the Godesburg hill, where you can go for a hiking to clear your mind, activate yourself and enjoy this beautiful medieval castle that survived a siege in the Middle Ages. For real Millennials this is an opportunity to bring back your Age of Empires II memories. For everybody, the opportunity to take a cup of tea next to a castle and enjoy the restaurant at the top.

Since the neighbors in WG are moving, a new WG is being formed.
You will share the space with Ella from Poland. She can have nice conversations with you and has a nice personality. You will share with her the kitchen, the restroom and the bathroom.
Ella speaks Polish and German.

The interviews are already being conducted TODAY in the afternoon and evening.

The place has to be taken immediately for March.

Interviews only in person.

You pay me only the Kaltmiete. The Nebenkosten, the energy and Internet costs are paid separately between you and the neighbor depending on your consumption. The Sonstigeskosten include the price of the energy and the Internet and it is an approximate.

Kaution 770 in cash.

The kitchen is new and was bought by our neighbor who is leaving. A recovery cost of 250 Eur must be given to her in cash.

If you need a bed, there is possibility to sell you one, before the moving takes place.

I am looking for someone with a nice personality who can treat the room with care. In this occasion we are favoring the applications of women.

The offer is a sublet. There is possibility of extension of the stay.
