Möbliertes Zimmer oder Wohnung bis 280 Euro gesucht

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am 36 years old, medical doctor (married, has a daughter) from Aserbaidshan and am looking for furnished accommodation as from Jan 23 for the duration of my 4-6 month German language course (at Steinke Institut in Fürstenstr. 2-4, 53111 Bonn). The course will be 4-6 months but might be prolonged if the visa is extended. The rent should not exceed € 280 inclusive of bills.

I can speak English, Russian and Azeri and hopefully German as well soon!

If your room is on offer later than Jan 23 (as from February), please still send me your offer as I can stay some days in a hotel and if you want a tenant sooner than that, I can pay half of the January rent.

I would also take an unfurnished room if there is a mattress to sleep on to start with and if there is a table and chair somewhere that I can use.
